What we offer
We operate an internship programme for New Zealand tertiary students and graduates wanting to gain work experience in Asia.
We also provide financial and other forms of assistance to enable business-support organisations in New Zealand holding Asia-focused events to bring keynote speakers from Asia.
ASEAN Young Business Leaders Initiative
In New Zealand we organise business matching and networking events. In support of these activities, we bring to New Zealand business leaders and entrepreneurs from Asia on visitor's programmes.
In Asia we run induction and business-matching programmes for New Zealand entrepreneurs, and an offshore internship programme with a range of corporate partners for university graduates.
Opportunities
The business programme offers a range of opportunities, including:
• Business internships in Asia
• ASEAN offshore forums – taking New Zealand entrepreneurs to key markets in Southeast Asia
• ASEAN visitors programme – bringing business leaders and entrepreneurs from ASEAN countries to New Zealand
• Grants for business support organisations
